Since 1997 Agriland Inc. has helped landowners manage and improve their land investments.  We have been instrumental in the implementation of new technologies such as of GPS, soil testing, and variable rate nutrient applications.

With Chuck's extensive background in agronomy his expertise on crop production is second to none. He works closely with farm owners and operators to improve the profitability of their farm operations. He has many years of experience using different cropping systems on his own farms in Clay County, Iowa.

Now with the advancements in no-till and cover crops he is working with farm operators to help them make the transition for a more profitable and sustainable future for the farms that we manage.

Chuck White is president and owner of Agriland Inc. Chuck was raised on his family’s grain and livestock farm in Clay County, Iowa. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Agriculture Degree from Iowa State University in 1979 and 1986.
Chuck’s previous experience includes agricultural lending with Farm Credit Services, 7 years as a farm manager for regional farm management company, and plant manager and crop consultant with Farm Services Cooperative. In addition, he is actively involved with his family’s corn and soybean farm. Chuck has used cover crops since 2014 and no-till since 2003.

Chuck is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, an active member of the American Soybean Association, Kiwanis Daybreakers, Knights of Columbus, and Pheasants Forever. He currently serves as a second generation Clay County Fair Board member.

Chuck is a licensed real estate broker in Iowa and Minnesota. He has held his real estate license since 1987 and started his own farm management and real estate business in 1997.

Patrick White
Patrick White

Patrick White is a farm manager and auctioneer at Agriland Inc. Patrick graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in 2014 as well as Iowa State University in 2018 with his Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business. He is also a licensed real estate salesman.

In addition to working with his dad at Agriland, Patrick owns his own commodities brokerage, AA Commodities & Investments, and farms 220 acres of corn and soybeans in Clay County, Iowa. Patrick utilizes cover crops, no-till and irrigation on his farms and enjoys testing new ways to grow more profitable crops while conserving the soil.

Alice Matthews
Alice Matthews

Alice Matthews works as the Office Manager for Agriland Inc. She has been with Agriland Inc. since 2006 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Born and raised on a farm in northeastern South Dakota, Alice comes to Agriland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining the company, Alice was an instructor at both the secondary and post-secondary levels where her teaching emphasis was Accounting and Communications.
